These terms govern your use of Hisparadise Media, operated by Hisparadise Multilink Resources Limited. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You need one account to use Hisparadise Media as a reader, Publisher, or Advertiser — a single account can hold more than one of these roles. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering or applying for a Publisher or Advertiser role.

Content You Submit

If you submit an article as a Publisher, a story tip, or a comment, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant Hisparadise Media a license to publish, display and distribute it on the site. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit. All Publisher content is subject to editorial review before publication — see our Editorial Policy.

Comments & Community Conduct

Comments are moderated. We may remove, hide, or refuse to publish any comment or reported content that is abusive, defamatory, spam, or otherwise violates these terms, at our discretion.

Wallet, Payments & Subscriptions

• The Hisparadise Media wallet lets readers pay for premium subscriptions and lets advertisers fund ad campaigns. Wallet top-ups made by bank transfer are credited once confirmed by our team.
• Premium subscriptions unlock full access to premium articles for the duration of the plan purchased and do not automatically renew unless you opt in.
• Publisher earnings, where applicable, are recorded to your wallet and may be withdrawn subject to our withdrawal process.
• Wallet balances, subscription fees and campaign payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

Advertising

All advertisements are subject to editorial approval before going live and must comply with our advertising guidelines and applicable law. We reserve the right to reject, pause, or remove any advertisement at our discretion, including after it has gone live.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to bypass security controls, scraping content at scale, impersonating another person or organization, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Editorial Policy, or applicable law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via our Contact page.

Disclaimer

Hisparadise Media is provided "as is." While we work to keep our content accurate (see our Correction Policy), we make no warranty that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
